Half a day together, building the one thing from the plan that gives you the most time back, on the tools you already use. We keep going until you and your team can run it without us.
Fixed price. You keep the plan, the tool and a plain-English guide. No retainer; if you want more later, that's your call.
If The Look doesn't find one thing worth doing, you pay nothing.
You keep the keys.
We work side by side until you can run it yourself.
Success, to us, is when you come back and tell us what you did with the time.
